With roughly 1,500 linear feet of waterfront frontage, unobstructed visibility to daily bridge traffic, and immediate proximity to the Fort Myers Yacht Basin and River District core, Lofton Island offers a developer the flexibility to phase or blend hospitality, marina, and residential product on a single entitled waterfront parcel, a combination that is effectively unavailable elsewhere in downtown Fort Myers.
